This is the information in the rules book about if you have any laps in your timers card and what needs to be done for getting it up to date: Attend yearly renewal clinic and time during at least two (2) PSHA approved shows per year. Limit time of lapsed timers card to three (3) years. If more than three years, timer can renew card by retaking the written test and discussion for rules clinic be done by phone, Facetime, or Zoom. There would be no student timing required.
