Annual Meeting Dinner Information

Dinner Tickets must be purchased by October 20th so we can give them a count. Menu: Mixed Greens with assorted topping and dressings Macaroni salad with applewood smoked bacon and fresh peas Roasted chicken with natural juices, rosemary and garlic Salisbury steak with mushroom, peppers and onion gravy White cheddar Mac and Cheese Medley of vegetables Buttermilk mashed potatoes with pan gravy Rolls and butter **Our lovely Interstate Princesses will be hosting a DESSERT DASH! Bring your cash to bid on some amazing desserts!! SUNDAY: Fruit and pastries provided for Judges/timers meeting at no additional cost to members!

Hello again PSHA Family. It’s been a whirl wind the last 6 to 8 weeks. The season ended and we quickly pivoted to an amazing State Finals. And before I knew it, we were at Interstate. And now I am turning my attention to Convention 2023. A lot has happened since I was able to put together a newsletter for you, so let’s take a look at all the happenings!

Interstate is upon us! A couple of things for you: Let me know if you're available to judge or time. I'll be putting together a tentative schedule soon! We'll need 3 Rescue teams this year. Remember that you have to submit your team to me by Friday of Interstate for consideration. Al Barber Memorial Golf Tournament. Let me know if you want to play! GO WASHINGTON!

We are going to try something new and fun at Interstate!!! PSHA vs WHO dessert auction . All proceeds go to Interstate. We will need 5-10 homemade items per state. Convention is coming up October 27-29 at Silver Reef Casino in Ferndale, WA. You can book a room by calling 866-383-0777 Ext. 4120. Also, the rule and by-law proposal deadline is coming. By-Lay proposals are due to me by Aug. 28th. Rule proposals are due to me by Sept. 10. Looking forward to it! President Jamie Parks
Coggins & Health Certificates for travel to Oregon

Those members who are competing at Interstate Championship Meet will need Coggins Tests & Health Certificates to travel to Powell Butte, Oregon. There will be a veterinarian available at State Finals to test your horse if you so choose. $60 per horse for Coggins if we have less then 30 horses, more than it will be $50 per horse. Health Certificates are $45 per trailer. Those horses traveling in the same trailer can all be put on one certificate. Please contact Kelsey Morgan to get your horse on the list.
